What helps us plan your party.
- Your date, a rough timeline (arrival, toasts, cake, wrap-up) and the city.
- An honest headcount, including kids — and any allergies or dietary needs.
- Where food will be set up, and how far it is from where a vehicle can unload.
- Shade, power and a covered fallback if the party is outdoors.
- HOA, community or venue rules about vendors, parking or noise.
- The feel you want: relaxed grazing, a styled spread, or a showpiece cart moment.

Do I need the cart for a private party?
No. Monica’s Table and Fiesta Drop-Off both work beautifully without it. Add the cart when you want a showpiece.
What’s the ideal guest count?
Small and mid-size parties — commonly 15 to 60 guests — are the sweet spot. Bigger celebrations are welcome by custom quote.
Can you work with my planner or rentals?
Yes. Share their contacts and timeline and we will coordinate the details that touch the food.
When is my date confirmed?
When Monica confirms it with you. An inquiry — or even a payment — never auto-confirms a date.
