Four ways to book Mexican Ragdoll — with or without the cart. Each starts the same way: tell Monica your date, city and guest count, and she’ll help you choose.
Four ways to book
The Ragdoll Cart · Cart included
The hand-decorated black cart under its glowing fringe canopy, with Monica serving your guests. A centerpiece that happens to feed people.
Private Parties · Cart optional
Backyard birthdays, showers, graduations and anniversaries — set up, beautifully presented and looked after, so you get to enjoy your own party.
Workplace Catering · Cart optional
Team lunches, appreciation days and office parties with a clear headcount, an agreed arrival window, labels and an itemized receipt.
Drop-Off Catering · No cart needed
Food planned for your headcount, packed to travel and handed off at the agreed time — for family get-togethers, casual parties and office lunches.
For organizers
Invite the cart to your art walk, market or community festival. Requirements and permits are worked through with you first.

On the menu
Bright, citrusy, cold
One of Monica’s signatures. Offered for events where it can be kept properly cold from preparation to plate — we plan that with you, never on an unrefrigerated cart.
Golden and generous
A warm, crowd-pleasing classic from Monica’s table — the kind of thing guests go back for.
A little heat, a lot of heart
The cornbread with a kick, softened with honey. A favorite on the cart’s signage.
Built around your guests
Everything else is a conversation. Tell us about your guests, your venue and what you love — Monica builds the menu with you at quote.
How it works
Date, city, guest count and the feel you want. Two minutes on any phone.
Monica follows up to talk through menu, setup and the right format — or configure a package and see an itemized total.
Agree on the details and pay any deposit securely through Stripe. Your date is confirmed by Monica, never by a form.
FAQ
No. The Ragdoll Cart is one way to book Mexican Ragdoll. Private parties, workplace catering and drop-off orders all work without it — the cart is there when you want a showpiece.
Send an inquiry (or configure a package) with your date, city and guest count. Monica follows up personally. Your date is confirmed only when Monica confirms it with you — an inquiry, or even a payment, never auto-confirms a date.
As early as you can, especially for weekends and holiday season. There is no published cut-off — send the date and Monica will tell you honestly whether it works.
Mexican Ragdoll focuses on small and mid-size gatherings, commonly 15–60 guests. Smaller and larger events are welcome by custom quote — tell us your headcount and we will tell you what fits.
Yes, by custom quote. Larger events may need additional staffing, and we will say so plainly in your quote rather than overpromise.
Tell us the date, the city and roughly how many guests. Monica will take it from there — personally.
