What it’s like.
Some catering disappears into the background. The Ragdoll Cart does the opposite. A small black wheeled cart wrapped in hand-painted florals, gold stars and shells, crowned by an oversized raffia fringe umbrella strung with warm light — it turns a corner of a patio, a lobby or a backyard into the place everyone gathers.
Monica brings the cart, sets the scene and serves your guests with the warmth of someone who has spent twenty-five years in restaurants. The food and service format are agreed with you before the event, chosen to suit your guest count, your venue and what the cart can properly support.

How this package works.

Choose guest count, date, city and any extras the owner has published. You see an itemized summary before paying.

Reserve
Pay a deposit or the full amount through secure Stripe Checkout when the package is open for online booking — or send the selection as a quote request.

Confirm
Monica personally reviews the date, venue access and menu, then confirms your booking. Payment alone never auto-confirms a date.

- Plan a level, accessible area for the cart plus room for guests to queue comfortably. We confirm exact space needs for your venue during planning.
- Access
- Tell us about stairs, gates, slopes, elevators and how close a vehicle can unload. These details shape setup time.
- Power & light
- Let us know whether outdoor power is available near the cart location; we will tell you what the setup needs.
- Cold food
- The cart has no built-in refrigeration. Cold specialties such as ceviche are offered only when they can be kept properly cold from prep to plate.

Does the cart come with food?
Yes — the cart is a hosted food experience, not a décor rental. The exact menu and serving format are agreed with you before the event.

It has served indoor events before. Share your venue details — doorways, elevators, floors — and we will confirm it fits your space.
Is my date confirmed when I pay?
No. Payment reserves your place in Monica’s review; she confirms the date personally after checking the details. If she cannot take the date, you are not left guessing.
