You tell us the headcount, the timing and who is coming. We plan quantities and packaging around your gathering and hand everything off at the agreed time, with clear labels and simple serving notes.

Fiesta Drop-Off is designed as a hand-off. If you would like setup or service, Monica’s Table or Workday Fiesta are the better fit.
Ask when you configure or request a quote — pickup arrangements are confirmed per order.
Your menu is agreed per order around Monica’s specialties and your preferences. We do not publish a fixed menu we have not confirmed with you.
