Drop-off is a hand-off. If you’d like setup and service, choose Monica’s Table or Workday Fiesta.
We include simple holding and serving notes with every order. As a rule, hot food should stay hot and cold food cold — and we will advise on timing for your gathering.
Ask when you configure or request a quote; pickup is arranged per order.
Ask about it. Ceviche is offered only where it can be kept properly cold from preparation until serving.
